- Apply the cream evenly to fully coat the hair using the spatula.
- Leave for 2 minutes, then test a small area. If hair comes away easily, remove the rest.
- If hair is stubborn, leave for up to 6 minutes total (do not exceed this time).
- Rinse skin thoroughly with water and pat dry.
- Not suitable for use on the face, head, breast, or other sensitive body parts.
- Always perform a patch test 24 hours before full use to check for skin reactions.

Returns:
You can return the item back to us up to 30 days after receiving it. Due to hygiene reasons we can only accept returns on items that are unused and in their original unopened packaging.
Damaged Items: When emailing us, can we please ask that you send us images where possible as this helps resolve claims for damaged products more efficiently.
Return Charge: If its a change of mind, customer usually pays the return postage. If you have received a wrong/damaged item we will cover the cost of returning that item.
