What is Shilajit Resin?
Shilajit is a naturally occurring substance formed over centuries in the Himalayan mountains from the slow decomposition of plant and organic matter. It is naturally rich in fulvic acid, humic acid, and a range of trace minerals.
How to Use
Dissolve a small portion (approximately the size of a grain of rice, around 300mg) in warm — not boiling — water, herbal tea, or warm milk. Consume once daily.

Returns:
You can return the item back to us up to 30 days after receiving it. Due to hygiene reasons we can only accept returns on items that are unused and in their original unopened packaging.
Damaged Items: When emailing us, can we please ask that you send us images where possible as this helps resolve claims for damaged products more efficiently.
Return Charge: If its a change of mind, customer usually pays the return postage. If you have received a wrong/damaged item we will cover the cost of returning that item.
