- Formulation: Shampoo
- Main Ingredients: Mineral oil (Osmolone®), foaming agents, and fragrance.
- Check: Use the enclosed comb on dry hair to check for lice, lock by lock.
- Apply: Shake the bottle and apply a thick layer of shampoo evenly to dry hair. Ensure the scalp and all hair (especially the neck and behind ears) are fully covered.
- Wait: Leave the shampoo on for 15 minutes.
- Comb: Before wetting the hair, use the anti-lice comb to remove dead lice and eggs. Clean the comb regularly during use.
- Rinse: Add water to create a lather, then wash and rinse the hair thoroughly. Style as usual.
- For external use only.
- Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
- Do not use on irritated skin or if allergic to any listed ingredients.

Returns:
You can return the item back to us up to 30 days after receiving it. Due to hygiene reasons we can only accept returns on items that are unused and in their original unopened packaging.
Damaged Items: When emailing us, can we please ask that you send us images where possible as this helps resolve claims for damaged products more efficiently.
Return Charge: If its a change of mind, customer usually pays the return postage. If you have received a wrong/damaged item we will cover the cost of returning that item.
