INGREDIENTS: Pure Shilajit (Asphaltum Punjabianum)
Suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians.
SUGGESTED USE: Recommended daily dosage is 250-500mg. Start on the lower end and increase gradually. Using the measuring spoon provided, dissolve in lukewarm water, milk, tea or beverage of your choice. Shilajit has a distinctive taste which is not for everyone, try mixing with honey or sweetener.
STORAGE: Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Resin may harden naturally, if the resin is difficult to get from the jar, warm the jar gently in hot water.
CAUTION: Do not use if the outer seal is damaged. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or under medical supervision consult a GP prior to taking any supplements. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.

Returns:
You can return the item back to us up to 30 days after receiving it. Due to hygiene reasons we can only accept returns on items that are unused and in their original unopened packaging.
Damaged Items: When emailing us, can we please ask that you send us images where possible as this helps resolve claims for damaged products more efficiently.
Return Charge: If its a change of mind, customer usually pays the return postage. If you have received a wrong/damaged item we will cover the cost of returning that item.
